He was known as the Mexican Charlie Chaplin. His name was Mario Moreno Reyes (August 12, 1911 - April 20, 1993) He was such a good comedian, that Charlie Chaplin called Cantinflas the 'funniest man in the world'.

More than twenty four legal challenges have been filed against Obama's health care mandate. Since President signed the measure in March 2010. Many were dismissed based on technical reasons. Three district court judges sided with the Obama administration. Two others objected to at least the insurance mandate. The US Supreme Court will be the final arbitrator.

Ever since Jimmy Vacca was elected on November 8, 2005 by an overwhelming majority, to serve on the New York City Council, he has proudly represented the 13th District, which includes City Island, as well as the communities of Throggs Neck, Country Club, Pelham Bay, Morris Park, and Pelham Parkway. Jimmy Vacca says he is committed and will continue working to improve our quality of life.

Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. has issued a “Back to School” guide, containing helpful tips for parents regarding the upcoming school year.

The guide, which is available on the borough president’s website and will be issued to schools and community organizations across The Bronx, includes information on registering students for public school, determining a student’s zoned school and finding school transportation, as well as information on programs for special education students and English Language Learners (ELL). The guide is available in both English and Spanish.
