The American government has won its bid to overturn a British judge's ruling that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange should not be extradited to face charges in the United States.

The WikiLeaks founder is reportedly closer to being extradited from the UK to the USA after the American government wins the case. A British High Court has ruled that Assange can be extradited to the United States to face charges of violating the Espionage Act.
