While serving as a Government Manager 15-10 Washington, DC I used to work next to the NARA. This place is absolutely amazing.

The National Archives and Records Administration is an independent agency of the federal government charged with the preservation and documentation of government and historical records. It is also tasked with increasing public access to those documents which make up the National Archives.

This year, more than 253 restrictive voting bills have been introduced in legislatures across 43 states and counting, according to the Brennan Center, a nonpartisan law and policy organization, This is one of the reasons HR1 is crucial to the democratic process.

❤️ LOVE 💗

Before we can love anyone else, we must first learn to love ourselves and try to be the best human being we can possibly be.

It happens to be the most powerful emotion. Love also occurs when you get that feeling from someone else. The butterflies in your stomach, knowing that someone else cares for you almost as much as you do.

One of the most common issues in relationships is the communication barrier. Everyone experiences love differently, and it’s easy to miss the mark when it comes to showing that you care.

As the son of a baseball fanatic, who named two of his three sons after MLB stars, I am looking forward to baseball's Day Opener.

Opening Day is the day on which professional baseball leagues begin their regular season. For Major League Baseball and most of the minor leagues, this day typically falls during the first week of April, although in recent years it has fallen in the last week of March.

Racist and gender-based violence, white supremacy, and xenophobia have afflicted our nation since its inception. We must all name them, condemn them, and do everything within our power to halt them, wherever and in whatever form they occur.

An overwhelming amount of research by organizational scientists, psychologists, sociologists, economists, and demographers conducted over the years shows us that socially mixed groups and those with a diversity of race, ethnicity, gender, and sexual orientation are much more productive and innovative than homogeneous ones.

A shift in detention patterns. Following President Biden's first month in office, the number of people arrested by ICE and booked into civil detention fell 62 percent In contrast, there was an increase of 55 percent in those arrested by the Border Patrol after the administration began allowing some asylum-seekers to enter the United States.

Migrant Children

In the 1960s Castro sent hundreds of unaccompanied children to the United States. We welcomed them and were told Castro would send their parents next. He never did, and we made sure all these children were placed with families.

They are now all citizens and, many successful professionals and business people, all are #USA taxpayers.

The same was done for Viet Nam refugees after Saigon fell. What is the Christian thing to do? What did Jesus say about the treatment of children?

Does anyone else miss hugs as we do? Will we be able to return to the age-old practice of shaking hands, hugging, and kissing?

I don't really know about you, but I do miss hugging my kids, friends, but most of all I miss hugging my children's children. See Sabrina and Olivia above!
