High speed service in Manhattan and outer boroughs are going to be installed for free Wi-Fi in payphone locations across NYC. But what about the security? How safe will these kiosks be from hackers?
The was plan was unanimously approved by the Franchise & Concession Review Committee and it moves 400 high-speed Wi-Fi kiosks from Manhattan into The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island.

It was early in December, but it could have been described as 3 Kings Day. A City Island, NY condominium complex, which is currently being built on 5 waterfront acres at the end of Fordham street on the sound has run into NY State scrutiny.
The project happens to be the first large-scale residential development on the 200+acre island in approximately 15 years. The sellout value for this residential project is estimated to be about $30 million.
