Juneteenth recognizes freedom along with the need for true equity for all members of the Black community of the USA.

Freedom arrived on June 19, 1865, when 2K Union troops arrived in Galveston Bay, Texas. The army announced that the more than 250K enslaved black people in the state, were free by executive decree. This day came to be known as "Juneteenth," by the newly freed folks.

Acceptance will save ALL OF US. To be happier, remove unhappiness, or else.

Some may say Life is a s-it show. How are we supposed to not suffer from fights with partners, bosses give us more work, as we struggle to pay the bills?

The answer is attitude. Happy hippies practice one thing above all others – Acceptance.

FATHERS DAY FREEDOM

A father can claim success when he has his children seeking love and advice, and not financial support.

I’m therefore successful and delighted that my adult kids are not depending on DaD bank and have their nest eggs.

There comes a time in life we must shut it down so our grown children to find their financial footing.

Mine came when they were 18 and at my divorce proceedings, I told the judge that I was turning over everything I owned to their mother.

Father's Day was reportedly founded by Sonora Smart Dodd, a woman from Spokane, Washington. Ms. Dodd was inspired to create the holiday after attending a Mother's Day church service in 1909. She was the daughter of a Civil War veteran named William Jackson Smart, who had raised her and her five siblings as a single father.

ORANGE PLANET

Mars is called the red planet, named for the Roman god of war, and has long been an omen appearing throughout the night sky.

That planet’s rusty red surface tells a story of destruction. Billions of years ago, the fourth planet from the sun could have been mistaken for Earth’s smaller twin, with liquid water on its surface and perhaps life.

The Beatles may soon be releasing their very last recording with assistance from the late John Lennon and artificial intelligence. 

The Fab Four, but only two are still with us  are releasing their final song in late 2023, using AI technology to extract John Lennon’s vocals for the record.

Miami Mayor Francis Suarez jumps into the presidential race as the third candidate from Florida running for the GOP nomination. 

My cousin from my late father’s side of the family, cousin Francis Veni, vidi, vici to a swift, conclusive victory twice as Miami mayor. However, the phrase is popularly attributed to Julius Caesar who, reportedly, used the phrase during the Roman Empire. It means "to come", "to see", and "to conquer.

Healthy guidelines recommend that adults get 150 minutes of moderate physical activity every week for a healthy heart. That adds up to walking about 20 minutes each day.
