I have been food-binging for months and it surely has been a non-stop meal feast but now it is time to return to a normal diet.

The gastrointestinal celebration started on Thanksgiving, then Christmas, followed by New Year and The Epiphany, then most recently my sweetheart’s birthday, and finally the Lunar New Year.

So, after celebrating with feasts from Thankssfovong to the Lunar New Year, may all of us be filled with health, and prosperity, as well as infused with determination, drive, compassion, and last but not least, let us take it easy on our digestive systems.

From the streets of Los Angeles to Minneapolis to Memphis, unlawful use of force by police ends in death, injury, and devastation.

Asian American Attacks

California's Asian community is increasingly alarmed by multiple Asian-on-Asian mass shootings, including many deaths.

This hits home hard because my wife and son are both Asian and US citizens who fly like American eagles.

'But the shooter was Asian!' That doesn't negate the reality of anti-Asian violence.

It's an instinctive rebuttal to any support being sent to my community as if the shooter also being Asian makes it any less devastating.

GOP HERPES

People with GOP herpes first experience tingling, itching, or burning, then notice sores or blisters forming around their body politics..

These symptoms tend to develop 2–20 days after exposure to the virus which is highly contagious. Some Republicans are spreading it as a form of political revenge.

Please, know that I have no political affiliation and although I was recruited by the administration of George HW Bush, this is no longer his Grand Old Republican Party.
