A Major Motion Picture that will soon be released ‘InThe Heights’ will surely delight millions of children and adults alike, wait and see.

In the Heights is a musical by Lin-Manuel Miranda and a book by Quiara Alegría Hudes. The story is set over the course of three magical days, including major players from Spanish-Harlem, which is an NYC largely Dominican neighborhood of Washington Heights.

Andrés Cantor is an Argentine-American sportscaster and futbol pundit who provides Spanish-language commentary and analysis.

And the #SportsEmmys nominee for On-Air Personality in Spanish-language is legendary Andrés Cantor #AndresCantorGOL 

Andrés is one of the best anchors to ever work. Cantor has been named the recipient of the 2020 Colin Jose Media Award, which honors journalists whose careers have made significant long-term contributions to soccer in the United States.

As a young man, I went to college, earned my advanced degree, first married and my two lovely daughters were born in Miami.

This coastal city was founded by a woman named Julia DeForest Tuttle a successful businesswoman who owned the property upon which Miami, Florida, was built. For this reason, she is called the "Mother of Miami." and is the only woman to be the founding mother a major American city.

On earth day we take care of our planet, which is the only place we have to call home. Today I went to check out my body and soul.

We were reminded of the importance of meditation, exercise, and ❤️ LOVE.

  • Find a quiet place where you can be alone and undisturbed.

  • Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

  • Put your attention on the area of your heart.

  • Breathe easily until you feel relaxed and quiet inside.

Then I went to see my primary care physician Dr. B ...
