Gratitude: "I'm so lucky to have such a good mate." Paying attention to the positives: "That movie was great." Savoring, "That holiday last year made me feel very relaxed and connected." Future-oriented positivity: "I'm looking forward to my friend's 'Friendsgiving' this year."
