Water vapor lingers in the air, which contributes to its ability to retain heat. It normally takes around 2-3 years for sulfate aerosols from volcanoes to fall out of the stratosphere. But the water from the Jan. 15 eruption could take 5-10 years to fully dissipate.

A formal climate charge declaration by POTUS opens up new unilateral action by the executive branch to combat climate change.

President Biden is reportedly delivering an ultimatum on climate change: If Congress does not act to combat a fast-warming planet, then then he will tap its own powers to respond to the crisis.

This stops U.S. exports of crude oil and also halts offshore drilling. President Biden can then redirect military funding to the construction of renewable energy projects.

The purpose of international day is to acknowledge the role of bees as pollinators for the global ecosystem. Consistently on this day, the public should be focused on the significance of saving honey bees.

To learn about the importance of World Bee Day I decided to be with my well-behaved neighbors on City Island, New York.
