POTUS LOSTS

He claimed he would get tired of winning. Perhaps he mean whining instead. He sued 30 states and DC to seize our private voter files, birthdate, address, Social Security number, and it keeps getting thrown out of court. Trump’s own Judge Kari Dooley slammed the door in Connecticut, and the information stayed exactly where it belongs.

SPEECH POLICE

No court ruling yet — it's still inside the FCC. This hasn't reached a federal judge. Right now it's playing out through the FCC's own administrative process:

ABC filed its "reply comments" on July 7 defending "The View" as a bona fide news program under a 2002 FCC precedent, arguing the government can't "sit in an editor's chair."
More than 77,000 public comments were submitted, with an undeniable majority backing "The View" and free speech, according to ABC's filing.
ABC is also arguing the FCC's selective focus — going after daytime/late-night TV while leaving talk radio alone — isn't evenhanded regulation.
The FCC pushed back through a spokesperson, saying ABC should focus on compliance rather than "misleading the public."
There's a separate wrinkle worth watching: the sole Democratic FCC commissioner, Anna Gomez, has alleged the agency offered other ABC affiliates amnesty for late equal-time disclosures but withheld that same offer from the Disney-owned station now under investigation — which, if it holds up, would be a much sharper claim of selective/unequal treatment than the broader "bias" argument.
Separately, ABC's local station license renewals are also under review, with public opposition to those due July 29 and replies due in August.

When we asked Americans what makes them proud of the U.S., freedom was the most common answer.
Fascism: "A strong nation restored through unity, strength, and decisive leadership."
Communism: "An economically just society achieved through revolutionary state power and collective ownership."
Democracy: "Freedom and self-government through equal political participation, protected rights, and accountable institutions."

Trump’s Republicans may find a path out their political valley. But it is difficult to escape the shadows when the country is bathed in sunlight. A hopeful president, could have carried through a jubilant summer by parades, celebrations, and boost national optimism, changing the political weather winds. In seasons like these, hope has a momentum of its own, and those betting on discontent find themselves rowing against the tide.
Will we see a dark summer of chaos and violence, of power grabs and preparing for an authoritarian fall season? Each and every citizen must defend our government, strengthen democratic institutions and expand political participation with vigilance against movements at home to weaken constitutional limits on power.

Happy Birthday, America. Political and social influence can take many forms, from main street to city halls to the campaign trail to social media. As a social US citizen, I have unequivocally denounced communism. The human beings reportedly arrived in North America from Asia and Siberia approximately 13,000 to 13,500 years ago.

Do the results of these recent political primaries indicate that American voters are sick and tired with incumbent fatigue or is it a fever?

CHAOS COVERUP CHAOS

As we dissect the news from the noise and media dynamics, our elected officials, and institutional secrecy all interacting at once, there is something more systemic than just “chaos” or just “cover-ups.” What we have is a self-reinforcing political ecosystem.
