US DAMAGE

The East Wing was torn down to build a new State Ballroom, with reporting suggesting taxpayer costs could reach up to $1 billion, despite the project being framed as privately funded. The Jacqueline Kennedy Garden was also dismantled as part of the demolition, and the lawn was paved into a patio, the most significant change to that space since 1913. The Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool is again being repaired and recoated and a UFC octagon and concert stage were built on the South Lawn and Ellipse for events tied to Trump's birthday and the America 250 events. They're well-documented and not disputed, the disagreement is almost entirely about how to interpret them, not whether they happened.

211 (call or visit 211.org) — connects people to local food assistance of all kinds, including emergency pantries

Being a proud husband, father, and grandpa brings immense happiness and satisfaction. My advice about embracing intelligence, facing challenges with positivity, and adapting to change should resonate deeply. Family and wisdom are central to my core values.

On Sunday some of my favorite ladies and I went on a stroll along Central Park’s Cherry Blossom trail. The winds grounded many pedals.

I tried keeping up with my baby girl, my first grandchild and my wife but I’m not as fast and fit as I once was. However I thoroughly enjoyed the hike and the view. https://www.centralparknyc.org/cherry-blossoms

HEALTHY BEANS

The following - Garbanzo, Kidney, Lima, Pinto, Cannellini, Black, Navy, and last but not least Great northern beans are healthy.

All beans are relatively healthy. Beans — regardless of their variety — are high in protein, rich in fiber, and contain a range of vitamins and minerals. Even the slightly less healthy options still have that nutritional base to work from. So, when we're thinking about comparatively unhealthy beans, it's due to extras such as added sugar, high sodium levels, and the addition of processed meats.
