The essence of any person’s character is often revealed by their behaviors. Therefore integrity and authenticity, can’t be faked.

Integrity is about being honest and having a strong moral compass m. It’s all about doing what is right, even when no one is watching or when it’s not the easy path to take. A person with integrity is reliable. They stand by their commitments and don’t compromise their values for temporary gain.

To eyewitness and feel the power of American culture, just step into any hip coffee shop in a big city outside of the United States.

The decor will typically have a Brooklyn aesthetic, with exposed brickwork and mismatched chairs; American pop music will play softly in the background; patrons will pore over their MacBooks while sipping overpriced caffè americano. Want to exit Pax Americana? Ask one of those patrons to predict the winner of the Super Bowl, which is taking place today, and witness their blank stare.

In our fast paced world today many people often like to rush towards the next thing, then the next one after that… Slow down!

You may be moving way too fast. Enjoy the moment you’re in right now. Be present in the moment. Live in the moment. #motivation

Many may have heard it said before—probably multiple times—that it’s important to live in the present moment.

Some folks have also heard similar pieces of advice like:

ANGEL

Throughout our lives, we encounter forces that guide, protect, and nudge us in the right direction. These are guardian angels. They manifest in various forms, often as blessings in disguise, especially during challenging times.

My mother used to say "Everything happens for a reason," and now so does my wife. I firmly believe this extends to the things that happen to us and the folks who enter our lives. Whether they stay for a long period or momentarily, each person we meet plays a role in our journey.

The inside story of one mussel sucker's quest to achieve the American Dream on City Island - A Slice of New York City Paradise.

NYC natives of City Island refer to those who were not born there as “mussel suckers” while calling themselves “clam diggers,” maybe going back to the days when clam digging was in abundance. However, Clam diggers have stopped but the name remains.

I guess mom did liked duck best but wanted him last. The last of the wholesome American comedy teams is no longer together.

Thomas Bolyn Smothers III was an American comedian, actor, composer and musician, best known as half of the musical comedy duo the Smothers Brothers, alongside his younger brother Dick. Smothers and John Lennon played acoustic guitar during the recording of Lennon's 1969 song "Give Peace a Chance"

One of the American acts that I had the pleasure of introducing to my wife were the silly and delightfully funny Smothers Brothers.
