For example 25 years ago, back In 1996, I was Station Manager in charge of building a broadcast station in Valverde County Texas. KTRG-TV (Television from the Rio Grande) was right smack dab near the US-Mexico border, with the transmitter in Eagle Pass and offices in Del Rio Texas.
