Having integrity means to live in accordance to our deepest values, be honest with everyone, and always keeping our word.

These are the values to never compromise on, no matter what. Then to analyze every choice made to ensure it is the right one. https://youtu.be/P4z-2wGkQdo

Out Prolific Liars

The truth is finally catching up with liars who are exposed sooner or later regardless of the number of lies they have decided to spread.

Do you give compliments that aren’t genuine?
Have you said you’re well when you were exhausted?
Do you tell folks you are busy to avoid having to talk to or e with them?

Then you may not be a dangerous or prolific liar. As someone who has devoted a career to asking questions, I can smell a prolific liar. Liars are cowards

The way I see it, there are at least eight types of friendship that human beings may wish to classify, understand and characterize.

There’s no doubt that social connections are important to our overall health, happiness and quality of life. There can be eight or many more, depending on our personal point of view. However it is up to us to keep a healthy lifestyle and stay happy.

Columbus or Indigenous Peoples Day?

Columbus or Indigenous Peoples Day? It no longer matters because I was born on October 12, before Nixon changed it to a Monday.

My birthday still comes on the 12th, but it is no longer Columbus, or Indigenous Peoples Day. Meanwhile, a growing number of municipalities have been slowly replacing Columbus Day with Indigenous Peoples Day.

Seasons Greetings from #CityImages. This is the first full week of the most wonderful three months and our favorite time of the year.

And so it begins... The best trimester of the year. Regardless of whether you're using the ancient Aztec Calendar or not.

We enjoy these three months because October's still Hispanic History Month, UB’s birthday, and then followed by Halloween. November is Thanksgiving, a time to enjoy family and friends. December is Christmas, a time when everyone feels special.
