The Republicans have been campaigning against immigration, and refusing to do what they are empowered to as legislators They are refusing to do their jobs not doing their jobs. If they do not want immigrants in our nation of immigrants, then they should propose legislation to change the law, and let us see how far that works out for them.

News of the withdrawal came shortly after Trump posted on his Truth Social site that, while he "greatly" appreciated the notion, he felt, "for the sake of PARTY UNITY, that they should NOT go forward with this plan, but that I should do it the 'Old Fashioned' way, and finish the process off AT THE BALLOT BOX."
