A strange phenomenon happens when we arrive in South Florida. It’s called the Millisecond and afflicts thousands of aggravated folks.
At least, that’s my experience. The phenomenon also takes place elsewhere, from Blop to blip-on-the-map towns, but Miamians do it faster and more often.
