Of all the available social media networking platforms, many prefer LinkedIn to meet informative, and thoughtful, professionals.
According to published reports, LinkedIn offers fantastic networking opportunities with nearly one billion global professional members worldwide. Most of them likely have valuable lifestyle, work, or current events insights and knowledge to share.
Here’s mine https://www.linkedin.com/in/imaginus/ A holiday shoutout to more than 5,527 followers so far on the platform of the rising sun.
This is how career experts recommend reaching out to people on #LinkedIn. Attempting to add someone to your LinkedIn network can be tricky, but just pressing “connect” won’t necessarily convince them to add you. If they find your profile acceptable, make sure you respond and say thank you.
Ask yourself why you’re reaching out and not just adding anyone on the site. You’re reaching out to them specifically because their background, contacts and expertise appeals to you.
Once they LinkIn and connect with you, please consider how you’d want to build on that contact going forward. Or if they are willing, consider asking them for an informational interview about their professional career, or engaging them with your posts content or with whatever they are posting… This is the season to say thank you to everyone you can.
