The real estate objective bully pulpit is a new project to persuasively advocate for Justice in affordable housing policy for all.

The homeless, are poor, veterans, and hardworking people who cannot afford the American Dream of owning a home in this economy.

We urge complainers to use our social media platform as a bully pulpit because, in most instances, the wise choose to avoid online arguments and humiliation.

If you have been shut out of your housing market and wish to push back, or if your abusive landlord, or management company needs to be called out, this is your go-to location, location, location.

We invite all law-abiding, free-market individuals who simply wish to enjoy a hassle-free quality of life without anyone trying to rip us off, bully, or overstep their authority in any abusive effort.

How to Respond to Bully Behavior from  Landlords, Management Companies, Agents, or Sellers:

  • Stay Calm and Professional:

    Do not stoop to their level by responding with anger or nasty messages. 

  • Focus on Your Body Language and Tone:

    Speak softly to de-escalate the situation, maintain eye contact, and stand tall when communicating face-to-face. 

  • Understand the Bully's Motivation:

    Bullies may be acting out of insecurity or have experienced abuse themselves. 

  • Use the Right Communication Method:

    If a bully is abusive via text or email, consider switching to a phone call or an in-person meeting where their intimidation might be less effective. 

  • Escalate the Complaint:

    If the bullying involves abuse, intimidation, or harassment, you can file a complaint with their local association of REALTORS® or contact the state's department of real estate. 

  • Report Fair Housing Violations:

    If the bullying involves discrimination or steering, you can report it to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
