The Russians will forever be tied to lying and attacking neighbors but they have no one else to place the blame but Vladimir Putin.
I am not a registered Republican or a Democrat. I have no political affiliation. Nevertheless, I was the youngest GM15-10 to be recruited by the last real Republican Regan-Bush Administration.
‘President Reagan first used the Evil Empire phrase in a 1982 speech at the British House of Commons. Some considered Reagan’s use of the Star Wars film-inspired terminology to be brilliant democratic rhetoric. Others, including many within the international diplomatic community, denounced it as irresponsible bombast.
Reagan’s aggressive stance toward Russians became known as the Reagan Doctrine. He warned against what he and his supporters saw as the dangerous trend of tolerating the then Soviets Union build-up of nuclear weapons and attempts to infiltrate Third World countries in order to spread communism. Advocating a peace through strength policy, Reagan declared that the Soviets "must be made to understand we will never compromise our principles and standards [nor] ignore the facts of history and the aggressive impulses of an evil empire. To do so would mean abandoning the struggle between right and wrong and good and evil."
The one thing Putin has managed to do is to seize the world’s attention, forcing #NATO to confront renewed Communist threat.
The whole world is watching and humanity needs to strike back at the Evil Empire. It must be spread throughout the free world: that Republican Party support for Putin, isn’t pro-Russia, they couldn’t care less about the Russian. They’re supporters of the evil regime of Communist Dictator Vladimir Putin because they hate American Democracy here at home and abroad. #StandWithUkraine
As the Ukraine crisis continues, Western leaders see a dangerous pact between #China and #Russia. The #USA plans to build a coalition to counter this new world order that presents a new type of Cold War.
Protest is dangerous. Talk of democracy and political change is dangerous. To keep them from spreading, Russia’s rulers must maintain ... control,”@anneapplebaum https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2022/02/putin-ukraine-democra…

If Russia invades Ukraine, "global order” is a threat, acting U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Kristina Kvien says. “If Pres. Putin is bold enough and brazen enough and foolish enough to do this, who knows what else he'll be willing to do.” http://abcn.ws/3gVmn7E
While under Putin's control, Trump tried to weaken #NATO. #Russi thought it worked, but it did not. There is a sharp contrast and a big difference between being Putin's puppet and #POTUS Joe Biden. Fighting escalates in eastern Ukraine - With up to 190,000 Russian troops massed near Ukraine’s borders, the U.S. and its allies are now bracing for a land war in Europe. There has already been an escalation of violence in the eastern part of Ukraine, where the military has been fighting Kremlin-backed separatists. Correspondent Holly Williams reports on the latest. https://www.cbsnews.com/video/fighting-escalates-in-eastern-ukraine/
Led by Faux Views, the GOP appears to be throwing its weight behind Russi. If Putin wages war on our ally, this “aid and comfort” to an “enemy” would appear to be “treason” as defined by Article III of the U.S. Constitution. Is that orange Putin puppet's perfect phone call beginning to make sense now? Orange you glad he's no longer president?

Meanwhile, a dictator and our Democratically elected POTUS have agreed to hold a summit over Ukraine, offering hope for a peaceful end to the Ukraine crisis.
