NOT US vs. THEM - WE

Submitted by ub on

This is a foundational principle of democracy, "We the People", emphasizing unity, collective responsibility, and shared purpose.

The US Constitution is the country's supreme law, establishing the framework for the federal government and outlining the separation of powers. It starts with "We the People" and is made up of a Preamble, seven articles, and 27 amendments. The first 10 amendments are known as the Bill of Rights.

Inspirational

It is not about “us” and “them.”
It is, and it will always be, about WE — as in We the People.
Together, we rise. Together, we build. Together, we heal.
Because real change doesn’t come from division — it comes from unity.

Empowering

The power has never belonged to a few — it belongs to WE.
We, the workers. We, the families. We, the students, the elders, the dreamers, the doers.
It's not about drawing lines between “us” and “them.”
It's about drawing strength from each other.
We the People means ALL of us.

Revolutionary

“We the People” was never meant to exclude.
It was a call to unity, to action, to justice.
Today, we remember:
It is not about “us” and “them.”
It is, and it will always be, about WE — united in purpose, defiant in hope.

Reflective

Somewhere along the way, we were told it’s “us” vs “them.”
But who benefits from that division?
Real strength lies in our togetherness.
It is not about labels, sides, or separations.
It’s about WEWe the People — and the power we hold when we act as one.

Compassionate

There’s no healing in hate.
No future in fear.
We find peace, power, and purpose when we remember:
It is not “us” and “them.”
It is, and always will be, about WE — our shared struggles, our shared hopes, our shared humanity.

Call-to-Action

They’ll try to divide us.
By race. By class. By background.
But we know the truth:
It’s not “us” and “them.”
It’s always been WE.
We the People.
And we are unstoppable when we move as one.
