WELLNESS OR ILLNESS?

Submitted by ub on

If we're capable, every one of us is responsible for our wellness and we better make certain to avoid one of the many toxic illnesses.

Wellbeing is the duty of each one of us and a responsibility not just the absence of disease or illness. It's a complex combination of a person's physical, mental, emotional, and social health factors. Wellbeing is strongly linked to happiness and life satisfaction. In short, well-being could be described as how you feel about yourself and your life.

Well-being, prudential valueprosperity, or quality of life, refers to what is intrinsically valuable relative to someone. So the well-being of a person is what is ultimately good for this person, what is in the self-interest of this person.

It can also refer to "subjective well-being" which denotes how people experience and evaluate their lives, usually measured concerning self-reported well-being obtained through questionnaires.

This is a variable ranging from none to a high degree of well-being. The usage of well-being has in later times been widened also to include a negative aspect. To understand how different route environmental variables affect well-being during walking or cycling, the term environmental unwellbeing has now been coined.

Take care so there will be more good people remaining on earth... And so it goes.
