As I reach another milestone at 39… This is not my age, it’s my waist size. I have learned just a few things along the way.
Many men learn these insights much later in life, often after years of adhering to traditional notions of success and masculinity. The Latinos call it machismo, caudillos, whatever you want to call it. STOP 🛑
Please know that women are smarter than men and by internalizing these life lessons earlier in life, men can lead more balanced, fulfilling lives. It’s important to note that applying these principles is never too late. Whether in your 20s or 60s, there’s always room for growth, change, and improvement.
Reflect on your soul and identify areas where you can apply these lessons. Start small, be patient with yourself, and remain committed to your health and happiness because wealth is overrated. Get on the path to a more authentic, satisfying life with fewer regrets and more moments of genuine joy and connection.
