Allow me to take you on a tour with assorted samples of my wonderful career journey across prestigious media organizations.
Working at WPLG TV 10, NBC, Univision, Telemundo, Cablevision, Imaginus, and USIA has given you an incredibly diverse perspective on broadcast, cable, and online media. We will visit local to national to international audiences, and across different languages and cultures.
The mix of English and Spanish-language broadcasting, combined with the international scope of USIA work, has created some fascinating creative challenges and opportunities.
Please, let me share a mixed bag of audio projects, whether they're pieces I am particularly proud of, interesting technical challenges solved, memorable collaborations, or representative samples of the creative work we've done. You're invited to be all ears, quite literally, when it comes to sound bites.
Being a media producer is one of the jobs I have most enjoyed throughout my long and eclectic career. We are responsible for the work we produce. As a manager, however, we are responsible for the entire group.
Some work more diligently than others. That really comes through in how I describe our work; the emphasis on creative collaboration and the variety of talented people I've worked with speaks to why I genuinely love what I do.
Media production is such a unique profession because it combines so many elements: technical skill, creative vision, storytelling, problem-solving under pressure, and the ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse teams. And I've experienced it across such a range of platforms and audiences - from local Miami, LA, NYC, the international outreach, and across both English and Spanish-language broadcasting.
All aspects of media production are fulfilling. It is the creative process itself, the fast-paced nature of news work, the satisfaction of seeing a project come together, and perhaps the relationships we build with colleagues along the way. Take a listen. Hear ad Now.
