Journalism highlights gloom and doom. That’s what most news is really about. But government officials have downplayed their ulterior motives possibly leaving We The People flat-footed and need to be realistic so all people should be aware. I'm not one for alarming conspiracies, but be very careful that China and Russia may be working together to rule the free world. We can save the world, or we can give it Communists. Allow history render its verdict. Anything less is cowardice that your familes will carry on.
It all began during the 2016 campaign when candidate Trump asked Russia for help. The global pandemic that started in China is shaping up to be a moment of strategic opportunity, and a unique turning point rewriting history.
Suddenly, the protests in Moscow and Hong Kong, carrying a threat to their political stability became an impossibility. More important, the coronavirus set in motion a global competition, to contain the virus, for which Communists seem uniquely capable.
First, when the Soviet Union fell, Russia embraced their version of capitalism. But Russia's definition of a free market doesn't exactly align with the rest of the world. It just meant they were free to cheat as long as they did not get caught. They cheated in the Olympics and in the USA elections as the Kremlin interfered in the 2016 campaign and managed to get Trump elected. Now, Beijing is manipulating Coronavirus in a political maneuver to rule the planet.
I have seen Russia up close and personal when they capitalized on the Cuban revolution and I have also visited China and watched how their population is thoroughly controlled.
