Chess Masters

My eight-year-old grandson has taken up chess ♟ and wants to play with me, but I know he will constantly beat me to the pulp.

Chess is a two-player game, where one player is assigned white pieces and the other black. Each player has 16 pieces to start the game: one king, one queen, two rooks, two bishops, two knights, and eight pawns. Aim of the game. The object of the game is to capture the other player's king.

Samuel Herman Reshevsky was born Szmul Rzeszewsk on November 26, 1911, and died on April 4, 1992, was a Polish prodigy and later a leading American chess grandmaster.

I should not feel bad or insecure because Here is an image of the 8-year-old prodigy defeating a few Chess masters.

We're taught to believe that older means smarter, but this image proves once and for all that it is not always the case and that is not always correct. In 1920, Samuel this Polish chess prodigy played against several chess masters and defeated all of them.
