Phil Collins returned to the stage in Birmingham this week with the legendary rock band Genesis on its The Last Domino? tour despite his ongoing health issues. "My vertebrae have been crushing my spinal cord because of the position I drum in," he says. "It comes from years of playing. I can't even hold the sticks properly without it being painful; I even used to tape the sticks to my hands to get through."
His sedentary lifestyle involves little or no physical activity and often sitting or lying down while engaged in activities such as socializing, watching television, playing video games, reading, or using a mobile phone, computer, or entertaining.
