We all have a Mother and Father, four Grandparents, eight Great Grandparents, and Sixteen Great-great-grandparents.
In a total of 11 generations, 4094 Ancestors, all this in approximately 300 years before you or I were born.
Stop for a moment and think Where did they come from?
NOT How many fights have they fought?
How hungry have they been?
How many wars have you lived?
BUT how much love, strength, joys, and stimuli live in legacies?
How much of their strength to survive, as each one of them had inside of us, so that we are here alive today?
We only exist thanks to everything that each of them has gone through.
So it is our duty to honor our ancestors.
We must have GRATITUDE AND LOVE to all our Ancestors because, without them, each of us would not have the happiness of knowing this earth plane and enjoying life.
Who I am?
Do I have the hands of my grandfather?
I am the tears of my mother.
The strength and integrity of my father.
The joys of my brothers.
My inspiration for those who have loved me and the discipline of my teachers.
I am the product of many to keep going and the people who applaud my success.
I am the advice of a hundred men and women.
It's not just me ...
I am the sum of all of them.
The proud result of the work of others.
Those who have touched my life, in so many ways ... Thank you, to my family on earth... Amen!
Dear Gracious Lord, I praise You for my family. Thank you for my spouse and children. Even in their weaknesses, I love them unconditionally. Every time I think of my kids and grandkids pitter-patter of their feet across the house I smile. Joy overwhelms me! Please, stay with my family today as they go their separate ways. Bring us all back home safely to each other I pray. Amen.
