Although I have no political affiliation and I am not registered as a Republican or a Democrat, I have been affiliated with the USPS for years and a longtime supporter who has rented a Post Office Box for my entire adult life.
To us, it seems unconscionable for the Postal Service to not be funded, especially during these trying times. First Americans are expecting financial relief in the mail, which could come starring this week as many are fervently waiting to receive their stimulus check. Millions of US taxpayers will begin receiving the extra money to pay their rent, groceries and other bills starting today.
Millions of Americans across the country rely on the Postal Service every day. USPS employees are risking their lives for us right now. We can’t let them down.
Then, there are the mail-in ballots US citizens will cast in November. It is fine time to draw the line and show Trump and his Republicans that we certainly can do it because Americans love the US Postal Service and will bail it out from a @GOP
sabotage scheme.
