A Happy Easter Sunday

It is reportedly the world’s best comeback story, and it’s not an age thing. Jesus Christ was in his 30s when he rolled aside the stone from his tomb for Western culture’s foundational he’s back moment.

All of Humanity loves a good comeback and the billions of Christians on earth have the best one forever and evermore.

Easter, also called Resurrection Sunday, is a Christian holiday commemorating the resurrection of Jesus from the dead, described in the New Testament as having occurred on the third day after his burial following his crucifixion by the Romans at Calvary on 30 AD.

When Jesus pushed open the lid of his sarcophagus it was western culture’s foundational "did-you-miss-me?" moment. Long before modern medicine, Christ’s resurrection promised eternal life. Easter represents the accomplishment of God's promises to mankind, it is the most important holiday on the Christian calendar. On this day people are mostly involved in charitable causes and sing happy prayers in the church to commemorate the rising of Jesus Christ from death.

Comebacks suggest that the world is not, like some medieval scholars thought, a body in decay. Life isn’t a process of loss or dilution. As we gaze at all the beautiful flowers rising in parks and gardens we want to believe ourselves renewed.

Easter Sunday is a festive event for all Christians worldwide. It commemorates Jesus Christ’s resurrection from death, as written in the Holy Bible. Easter is also about renewal and we should all take a moment to pause and take stock in the fact that it is never too late to do follow the teachings of Jesus Christ, who taught humanity through his lifestyle by teaching all of us to always the right thing.

HAPPY EASTER * Life would be much happier if we could be born at the ripe old age of seventy and gradually approach a young and vibrant seventeen. it's never too late to start doing the right thing. A message to my family, friends, and neighbors. Conflict can help create or destroy. You make the final decision.

Christianity teaches us that good relationships keep us happier and healthier. Not how much is in a bank account, or how many blog posts we wrote or how many followers we had or how many companies we worked for or how much power we wielded there or anything else. The greatest predictor of our happiness and fulfillment overall in life is, basically, love.

Meanwhile, Christianity’s most joyous feast day is observed worldwide with faithful sitting far apart in pews and singing choruses of “Hallelujah” through their masks and other face coverings on a second lockdown Easter Sunday.
