The death toll climbs as Hurricane Matthew continue to develop into one of the most destructive hurricanes in recent history.
As it roars toward the Florida coast on Friday. The storm prompted evacuation orders for nearly two million people and President Obama declared a state of emergency in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.
Shoreline residents have been urged to evacuate the region to avoid the powerful storm, which has claimed hundreds of lives so far. Matthew, currently a Category 3 storm with sustained winds of 120 mph, is expected to reach S. Carolina this weekend. Forecasters fear that long-range models may indicate it could potentially loop back toward Florida.
Meanwhile, Hurricane Nicole has not roared its's ugly head yet. Whoever claims climate change is a hoax should have at least their head examined.
