As the 2016 campaign now begins in earnest, all presidential contenders are pleading with each and every one of their Iowa supporters to do their best get to the caucuses on Monday.
Iowa is the first battleground for the US presidential nominations ahead of election day. Iowans are the first Americans to vote for who they think should be their political party’s nominee.
However, Mother Nature has lots of explaining to do. A snowfall forecast for Monday night appeared more likely to hinder the hopefuls in their rush out of Iowa than the voters who will be flocking to the caucuses in the first contest of the presidential campaign.
Still, candidates must be urgent about turnout in a contest being fought down to the wire and equally in in both parties.
There is one thing for sure, thanks to SCOTUS this is the most expensive election cycle ever. Estimated to cost over $10 Billion. https://youtu.be/XKazKb5f79A
