Mi Ami is where I lived for several years and have fond memories. I went to college, got married, and my two daughters were born there.
What have the Republicans done to Mi Ami and the rest of the Sunshine State? I call it Mi Ami, which is Spanish for My and then short for Loving Friend. This image was from the '70s. I was a student, then a journalist, then a husband and father, then left on this very day for The Big Apple to work for the Peacock Network. One of the many stories I covered in Miami was the murder trial of Ted Bundy who was one of those names that are practically synonymous with “serial killer” and “psychopath.”
Bundy was best known as sly and charming, which was the shiny veneer he used to lure his many victims. He killed at least 30 people across the United States, but it took years for the authorities to catch him because no one was able to believe such an “upstanding” young man could do such horrible things. He is most famous for his necrophiliac tendencies, and his own lawyer described him as a “heartless evil.”
Don’t get me wrong, the City of Miami is a beautiful coastal metropolis located in Miami-Dade County in southeastern Florida, United States. Some call it The Gateway of The Americas.
Miami and South Beach are HOT Hot hot!!! And it’s not just the sultry weather. The nightlife is scorching, thanks to a strong Latin influence and spicy culture. Dance the night away in a nightclub, or indulge in a fancy meal at one of the various and assorted celebrity-owned restaurants.
Another was covering the Colombian Cowboy Drug Dealers who are now either dead or in prison but have probably forgotten where they buried their illegal stashes. But nothing compares with the ongoing political killing of madman in Tallahassee.
