NASA Issues an extremely rare rebuke of Russia for using the International Space Station to promote their Ukraine invasion.
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration is an independent agency of the U.S. federal government responsible for the civil space program, aeronautics research, and space research.
The agency said Russia used the space station to promote politics, which it said is ‘fundamentally inconsistent with its purpose.
The statement appears to be referring to a post by the Russian space agency of three cosmonauts aboard the space station calling the takeover of the region a “great victory”.
