Now POTUS appears to treat Communist dictators like those in Russia and North Korea much kinder and gentler than he does the state governors, insisting that he has total authority over the states and that he can reopen them whenever he wants.

POTUS wanted to put his signature on the coronavirus assistance checks, which are taxpayer-funded. But that was illegal. So now @realdonsldtrump wants his name printed in the memo line. This will delay these checks by weeks. That is is ridiculous.
