A WEAK AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE MID ATLANTIC
COAST TODAY WITH LIGHT PRECIPITATION OVERSPREADING THE AREA
EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. WITH ENOUGH COLD AIR IN PLACE INITIALLY...
PRECIPITATION WILL START AS A PERIOD OF SNOW ACROSS NORTHERN
PORTIONS OF AREA BEFORE TRANSITIONING TO A WINTRY MIX TUESDAY
EVENING...AND EVENTUALLY PLAIN RAIN...FROM SOUTH TO NORTH BY
WEDNESDAY MORNING.

RAIN WILL THEN CONTINUE THROUGHOUT THE DAY ON WEDNESDAY AS A
SECOND...MORE SIGNIFICANT SYSTEM...APPROACHES FROM THE SOUTHWEST.
THIS SYSTEM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BRING HEAVY RAIN AND POSSIBLY
SOME THUNDERSTORMS TO THE REGION WEDNESDAY EVENING AND OVERNIGHT
BEFORE ENDING THURSDAY MORNING.

TEMPERATURES WILL BE NEAR NORMAL TODAY...WITH HIGHS IN THE UPPER
30 TO LOWER 40S...BEFORE RISING INTO THE 40S AND 50S ON WEDNESDAY.
