This building houses the City Island Community Center, and Nautical Museum as well as 16 units for The Nautical Winds Condominium.
When we have a rain storm, the entire lobby floor floods and the water seems into the units. Furthermore, for the past two decades, this former public school building has had a few deaths. Some allegedly by natural causes and others not so much. This place was a former home to the likes of Lisa, Edwin, David, Mary…etc.
Here are a few links that are worth reviewing concerning this old building, if anyone is considering a purchase.
