Therefore, I think an edit could be made to update it and say "time heals most wounds".
Members of the National Council of Asian Pacific Americans (NCAPA) stand together on the ten-year anniversary of 9/11 to remember the tremendous loss of life that occurred on that day and to recommit ourselves to fundamental American values of civil rights, inclusion, and diversity.
We mourn and honor all of the victims of 9/11, including Americans of many races, ethnicity, and religions, who perished in New York City, Pennsylvania, and Washington DC, and the first responders who sacrificed their lives.
This Saturday and Sunday turned out to be a fine weekend for City Island's Annual Fall Arts & Crafts Fair.
A few dozen artists and craftspeople offered face-painting, photography, jewelry, stained glass, arts and crafts, bath & body products, clothing, trophies, live music and fresh food. Visitors young and old enjoyed the festival.

NYPD says one of two vans stolen from a World Trade Center contractor has been found.
Police officials had been investigating two thefts and a third in New Jersey because of unconfirmed threats that al-Qaida was planning a car bomb attack. But police reiterated Sunday that they'd found no evidence linking the thefts to a terrorist plot.
Two dark green Chevy vans had been stolen this month from a construction group. The company has been involved in recovery work at the site and is doing roadwork near 1 World Trade Center.
This day's legacy is written in large fonts with the spirit and lives of all survivors, who prove these terrorists lost even as they try to strike US again.

My old friend and colleague, Martin Bell is one of the best-known and most highly regarded British broadcast journalists. As a veteran BBC war correspondent, Bell has covered foreign assignments in more than eighty countries and eleven wars: including the Arab-Israeli wars of 1967, Vietnam, Nigeria, Angola, Zimbabwe, Nicaragua, El Salvador, where I worked with him as his Spanish-speaking news producer, at The Gulf, in Croatia and finally in Bosnia, where millions of TV viewers watched as he was nearly killed by shrapnel.
The East Bronx History Forum will open its 63rd meeting, hosting a talk by Kate Feighery on the Irish community in the Highbridge section of the Bronx. The program will be held at the Huntington Free Library and Reading Room at 9 Westchester Square, Bronx New York. The meeting is free and open to the public and all are welcome to come.
