Work signifies different images to many people depending on who you are, where you live, and your individual point of view.

Resignation is the formal act of leaving your job or quitting work. A resignation can occur when a person holding a position gained by election or appointment steps down, but leaving a position upon the expiration of a term, or choosing not to seek an additional term, is not considered resignation. When an employee chooses to leave a position, it is considered a resignation. In the meantime, work hard, take risks, and live for the moment.

The whole world saw a man destroy the image he curated by his violent actions at The Oscars. While Chris Rock was presenting the Oscar for Best Documentary, he delivered a monologue before presenting. Rock said of Jada Pinkett-Smith, who was sporting a bald head at the event, “Jada, I love ya. G.I. Jane 2, can’t wait to see ya.”

With NY temperatures in the teens this morning, a wise woman named Yirong was heard saying Spring should take a break.

As most young folks were celebrating Spring Break, but here in NYC, the weather is anything but Spring-like.

Elsewhere, ii is Storminess for parts of the West. A couple of potent storm systems will move into California over the next couple of days and proceed through the Intermountain West.

These storms will feature rain showers, perhaps a coastal thunderstorm or two, heavy mountain snow with lowering snow levels, and gusty winds.

Must-see TV fighting at #Oscar night’s most harrowing incident a live broadcast has ever seen. Will Smith punched Chris Rock! 

While the show must go on, the 94th Academy Awards might have left an Oh-scar following an unscripted moment at the Dolby Theater that set the internet on fire. About halfway through the show, Will Smith took offense following a joke that Chris Rock told about his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith, so, he walked up on stage and smacked Rock during the live TV transmission.

Philip David Charles Collins is an English drummer, singer-songwriter, record producer, and actor. Collins is best known for his tenure as the drummer and lead singer of the rock band Genesis and for his solo career which began in 1981. Between 1982 and 1990, he scored three UK and seven US number-one singles as a solo artist.
