Attraction or Distraction?

One could argue that attractions and distractions come together but it is sometimes difficult to identify the relationship between the two of them. Especially when it is tied to POTUS and his press hating administration.

Considering the mounting problems POTUS and his administration are facing at home and abroad, not to mention the Democrats takeover of Congress following the midterm elections, this lie and videotape issue could be seen as a distraction.

USA Coup At DOJ

Submitted by ub on

A coup d'état, also known simply as a coup, or an overthrow, is a type of revolution, where the illegal and overt seizure of a state by the military or other elites within the state apparatus occurs.

In this case, legal experts say the US Attorney General office is at play. Therefore besides calling it a Coup d'état the word putsch may also apply. In its native Swiss German, putsch originally meant "knock" or "thrust," but these days both German and English speakers use it to refer to the kind of slow motion government overthrow also known as a coup d'état.

A real enemy of the people is an egomaniac who can not control an inflated opinion of himself. A self-described stable genius?

Failure to control the ego Is the ultimate enemy of any and all leadership. We The People must insist on all public servants to work for all of USA, or else they must find other work. Journalists are not the enemy of the people. The US Constitution protects the freedom of the press.

This large area of cold air found high in the atmosphere which normally spins over the North Pole is moving over towards the Central and Eastern regions of #USA over the next couple of days, bringing with it temperatures that will feel more like a January frost than November Fall.

The midterm elections were not a complete blow to POTUS but they will have consequences for his Presidency. If he insists he is innocent, then why is he trying to shut down the #TrumpRussia probe at these final stages?

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation has been working quietly and methodically lately, and no one knows how quickly he might act now that the election is over and done with. We know that he is free to do so. The question is whether his next step could cause a Constitutional Crisis. #ProtectMueller

GOP POTUS Confusion

Submitted by ub on

There is much confusion the mourning after The Republican's betting all on President Trump, which cost them control of Congress.

More firings, resignations, indictments and guilty pleas in the first two years of any administration than ever before in American history, followed by allegations and accusations hours following an embarrassing defeat, which no one will take the blame for.

After the votes were counted, neither The GOP nor President Trump was able to stop the caravan of women invading the ranks of US government on election day. Therefore we may see plenty of blue roses for pink ladies. Across the country, female political leaders will begin reshaping national politics by making the next Congress look a whole lot different than the current one.

USA voters cast their ballots for 435 House seats, 35 Senate spots, Governors along with a whole lot of state, local offices and issues. While folks are focused only with the US House and The Senate, the big story may be #USA Governors. @TheDemocrats may take a bunch of states, with serious implications for 2020 and the all-important issue of redistricting.
