US Senator Chuck Grassley may soon be butting heads with Majority Leader Mitch McConnell as a Senate showdown becomes clear.

The Senate Judiciary Committee Thursday with strong bipartisan support endorsed legislation that would help shield special counsel Robert Mueller from any attempt by President Trump to fire him.

I met Bill Cosby and spent several hours with him on different occasions, so I should first say that I never thought it would end this way. The Coz is guilty on all counts, according to a Pennsylvania jury. The 80-year-old cultural icon was found guilty of drugging and then sexually assaulting a woman 14 years ago and now faces a maximum of 30 years in prison.

US Border Security Issues

Prepare for the war zone and death trap that is and has long been our border with Mexico did not begin with POTUS Trump. He isn’t the first president to make a case for sending troops to the border to fend off a perceived crush of undocumented immigrants. And he likely won’t be the last.

The US border has indeed become a place where the world’s most powerful military faces off against people who represent blowback from various Washington policies and are in flight from persecution, political violence, economic hardship, and increasing ecological distress.

French President Emmanuel Jean-Michel Frédéric Macron addressed a joint session of Congress today and took the opportunity to fire a warning shot after taking aim at POTUS agenda.
