Very Bad Day

International experts are tallying the economic costs of “A Day Without a Woman”, but global economists fear that if every working woman in America walked out for one day, the U.S. gross domestic product would take a $21-billion hit.

The figure doesn’t even count the labor of love from mom and grandmothers' unpaid job contributions, which aren’t factored into the GDP but would make the sum painfully higher.

Women’s annual share of our nation’s GDP amounts to $7.6 trillion. That’s greater than the $5.2-trillion GDP of Japan, which has the world’s third-largest economy.

Justice Anthony Kennedy joined the court’s four liberal members in limiting the scope of Colorado’s “no impeachment rule,” which is designed to protect the finality of verdicts and the secrecy of deliberations.

Honest Abe Says...

These words of a famous Republican who really spoke from the heart and said it best in 3 minutes or less.

"Four score and seven years ago, our fathers brought forth on this continent a new nation: conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.

Now we are engaged in a great civil war. .testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated. . . can long endure. We are met on a great battlefield of that war.
