There are basic rules to help us live longer from my point of view.

Be Inquisitive:
Trying to learn something new every day can be problem-solving: digging into a book, scientific research or news articles or asking questions and actually listening to the answers requires cognitive muscles.

Eat Plants and Vegetables:
Replacing meats with fruits and vegetables can go a long way toward slashing calories in a more satisfying way to stay alive longer.

Keep A Positive Attitude:

The AHCA will allow insurers to charge the older population five times more than younger people. States will be able to obtain waivers to charge even more than five times the amount.

It's beginning to look like the USA will have a long hot wait while more American voters begin exercising their political muscles. The US House of Representatives has approved a new plan, which government officials at CBO have yet to vet.

This has a long way to go before it becomes law, but in the coming months, once it is reviewed by The Congressional budget office and tweaked by members of The US Senate, it can then become the law of the land to replace the Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare.

With his long-awaited book expected to be released next month, WAR AND THE DEATH OF NEWS Author Martin Bell, who is my journalism brother from a different mother kindly sent me a preview copy.

Martin Bell served in the colonial army, and as a BBC war correspondent was embedded with British forces, participated in missions with the American military, crossed the Suez Canal with the Israelis and covered the civil war in El Salvador with yours truly serving as his producer among his extensive and impressive list of credits. If that is not enough, Martin also served as a member of Parliament and as a United Nations ambassador and served as a key reference before I was hired to run the New York TV Bureau for AP.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is a domestic intelligence and security service, which serves as the nation's prime federal law enforcement agency.

Regardless of what we've heard from Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump in the past, The FBI walks softly and carries the US Constitution as the way to proceed. The FBI Director entered the line of fire on Capitol Hill and fired back on Russia, and the Clinton probes, but said little about the continuing investigation into The White House Russia ties and alleged lies.
