Mexican President says fugitive drug kingpin El Chapo has finally been recaptured once again. Enrique Pena Nieto has written in his Twitter account that fugitive drug lord Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman was arrested seven months after he escaped from a maximum security prison. He wrote: "mission accomplished: we have him."

El Chapo Guzman had previously escaped from prison back in 2001, and was recaptured in 2014 only to escape and be recaptured. Some say it is more like a musical chair version, with a little Mexican hat dance.
