Now that the Black Friday madness has come and gone, anyone on the hunt for a variety of holiday gifts might have a more enjoyable shopping experience during Small Business Saturday.

American Express launched Small Business Saturday in November 2010 to help bring attention to smaller stores in communities and encourage shoppers to support local business instead of just mega-stores on Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

When asked what issues are most important to them personally, Americans are more likely to
cite health care (63%), terrorism (62%), and jobs and unemployment (60%) than any other issue.

Results show supervisors' perceptions of the fairness of the interaction treatment they receive relate to their subordinates' perceptions of interaction justice climate, and this relationship is stronger in work groups with more organic structures.
