Patriots Balls: Deflate-Gate

Submitted by ub on

The NFL investigation of New England Patriots continues to inflate after deflating footballs were found for Sunday night’s AFC Championship Game against the Indianapolis Colts. With the poor weather and heavy rain, the deflated balls would have been much easier for the Patriots to grip than the balls that were inflated to their required weight.

There are Republican conservatives of all shapes and sides of the spectrum. Bush, Romney, Paul, Christie, Rubio, Cruz, who are asking fellow conservatives to help nominate a true Republican in 2016, or risk losing yet another consecutive national election.

GOP nominees like Mitt Romney in 2012, John McCain in 2008 and Bob Dole in 1996 were good and honorable individuals, but apparently not conservative enough and that may have been the real reason why they dis not succeed in their bids for the presidency.

Doo Wop emerged from the streets of New York City and Philadelphia and rose as a unique African American vocal style in the mid-1950's. Doo Wop’s smooth harmonies spread to singing groups of other ethnicities, such as the Capris and The Belmonts. The term “doo wop” was taken from the ad-lib syllables sung in harmony in these songs such as the plaintive “doo-wop” refrain featured in the bridge of The 5 Satins’ “In the Still of the Night”. “Doo Wop” and a range of “oldies” music are celebrated by musicians and audiences worldwide as distinctive American sounds.

Publish Can Lead To Perish

It used to be that public figures, professionals, and academic researchers regularly published hard copy books with their name on it. This had long been known as a step on the path to to notoriety. But now, many are deciding to wrap it in a digital package.

It is now in vogue to steer away from the printed word and release writings in digital formats. This is the case whether it’s crafting a tech-savvy image, or skipping the procedural hurdles that include working with a major publishing house.
