The media bundle isn’t quite dead yet, but it is showing signs of weakness. Those around it are already agitating for change. A bundle is industry-speak for the way cable and film companies have gotten away with the packaging and selling huge blocks of cable channels and movies for decades.

On this date, three years ago today, and after a very long courtship, which took us to Florida and Shanghai to meet each other's family, we were finally wed. Mr. and Mrs. R/Y Soto are still falling in love.

What are those purple circles we see on athletes competing in the Olympics? It's Cupping, which pulls on skin to improve your blood flow. The possible placebo effect is said to be an ancient Chinese holistic treatment that works because I have had it done to me several times. The color varies on how much blood is absorbed by the skin. The bruise lasts for several days and it is not painful.
