US Office of Government Ethics Director who has clashed with The White House leaves his position today. Walter Schaub pleaded with Trump to divest from all business interests before resigning. He also singled out Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway after endorsing Ivanka Trump's clothing line.

Mr. Schaub becomes the senior ethics director at the Campaign Legal Center, which pushes for strong enforcement of campaign finance law. Trump is now tasked with selecting the next federal ethics watchdog, which is a five-year position for an ethics reason.

Horse Meat

After getting nothing but horse sh-t from Congress for years, The US House Appropriations Committee has taken a step toward allowing horse slaughter in America by defeating a ban on horse meat inspections by the Agriculture Department.

Horse meat is popular in only a few countries, notably in Central Asia, but it forms a significant part of the culinary traditions of many others, from Europe to South America.

According to credible news reports, the economic goals Trump administration officials are offering to Make America Great Again are no more than #MAGAnomics of sustained 3% economic growth.

In the past, the healthy American economy grew at roughly 3.5%. That was the average growth rate between the late 1940s and 2007. Since then, it has hardly topped 2%. Could this one be yet another one of those empty promises?

What is it? Seriously? These are ideograms and smileys used in electronic messages and Web pages. An Emoji is used much like emoticons and exist for various genres, including facial expressions, common objects, places and types of weather, and animals.

WTF, as far as any of us can tell, remains blissfully unaware of any other meanings of this infamous three letter expression. Or perhaps some folks just don't want to listen or change their style. In fact, Wisdom, Tenacity, and Focus are all extremely important. However, humility and purpose are equally crucial. Also, trying not to be arrogant by attacking those who don't always agree with you.
