Get out those snow shovels, NYC and New England states are about to be slammed by a massive winter mega-storm.

Two storms are expected to merge and bring cold air, heavy snow and increasing winds. Some areas may be hit with an all-out blizzard and a couple of feet of snow. Forecasters say the storm will on Friday. However, lingering effects from blowing and drifting snow, blocked roads and other travel delays are likely to linger into the weekend.

A $16 billion dollar loss has prompted USPS to announce that it will stop delivering envelopes on August 1, 2013.

The Postal Service will continue to deliver packages six days a week. Their plan is aimed at saving about $2 billion.

Under the new plan, mail would still be delivered to post office boxes on Saturdays. Post offices now open on Saturdays would remain open on Saturdays.

Just about everybody knows today's Super Bowl XLVII features coaching brothers Jim and John Harbaugh, but not everyone is aware this game includes son versus father.

23 year old Jay is a coaching intern for Baltimore. He works for his uncle, John, head coach of the Ravens, while his dad coaches SF49ers.
Since there's been other brother vs. brother competitions in history, (more about that later) these Super Bowl teams John Harbaugh in Baltimore and Jim Harbaugh in San Francisco have both arrived at this point with no resemblance.
