SYRIA CALLS FOR RESTRAINT IN FIGHTING

As the United Nations prepares to deliver food relief to people in Aleppo, the UN observer mission in the country renewed its call for the Government and the opposition to refrain from further violence after reports of an increase in fighting and the use of heavy weaponry in the city over the past 72 hours.

On this first day of August, local police officials are going around handing out summonses to anyone who is illegally parked.

City Island Images has received tips from residents telling us that their cars were ticketed for failed inspection stickers, expired registrations and drivers license issues. Be aware this will cause you to pay a hefty fine, in case you happen to be the unlucky culprit.

I have spent my time commenting here and in other places attempting to reveal what I believe to be anti American and anti Constitutional behavior in our government, I see it on both sides of the aisle but primarily in the current White House.

I have not spoken or wrote about Mr. Romney, I figured that I will deal with him on the same subjects after he hopefully attains the presidency.

The letter he wrote which I have included below, is a simple and concise communication by what appears to be an American, speaking plainly in American terms about American values and goals.

Laramie, Wyoming is a pleasant town that was thrust into national attention following the 1998 murder of gay student Matthew Shepard. The play draws from a series of interviews conducted by members of the Tectonic Theatre Project with the people of Laramie and explores the reactions of the inhabitants to the events surrounding them.
