Sometimes when things seem to be going wrong, we feel like it's the end of the world because we can't see beyond the big picture. When we look back we realize that those hardships were our beautiful destiny.

As the world marks 3 decades since the dissolution of the Soviet Union. the little dictator for life #MadVlad Putin is bitter about it.

He once described it as the greatest geopolitical tragedy of the 20th Century. He remains deeply resentful of how the Cold War ended: with Moscow losing territory, influence, and empire.

"What was the break-up of the USSR? It was the break-up of historical Russia," Mr. Putin said in a recent state TV documentary. "We lost 40 percent of our territory… much of what had been accumulated over 1,000 years was lost."

#MadVlad declared war on #Ukraine and on the truth after his brutal invasion and the multi-pronged effort to gaslight the globe.

A dictator produces self-inflicted wounds of a kind endured throughout history.. . These men who operate by intimidation deprive themselves of honest advice and information from subordinates. I experienced it in Cuba, I have reported on it in Nicaragua, and have seen it in Venezuela, America, Russia, China…etc.

THANKS FOR ASKING - This is a good answer if you want to be gracious and share something but not get into a heavy discussion. The “thank you for asking” upfront warms up your response by showing that you appreciate the question. Saying that you are doing well indicates that you want to offer some insight into your life.

Top of the morning to you is usually associated with the Irish and denotes the meaning of best of the morning to all of you!

It is a more creative way to say “good morning” which can be responded with “and the rest of the morning to you.” Although the expression is tagged as a typical part of Irish phrases.

Hear and watch #VladimirPutin speaking in #English and tell me if he does not look very much like a mandrill or a baboon mix?
